The MAAWG rate will be offered 3 DAYS before and after the meeting based on availability. The MAAWG negotiated room rate is guaranteed until September 1, 2008 or until the MAAWG block is filled. After September 1, 2008, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Credit cards are needed to guarantee reservations. Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit. Any reservation cancelled after 72 hours prior to arrival or no shows will forfeit one night’s room and tax revenue.
