Member Application

To apply to join MAAWG, please complete this online form or download the manual application form and bylaws from the bottom of the Membership Information page that is available under the "About MAAWG" menu.  Once your application has been accepted by the MAAWG Board of Directors, we will invoice you for the annual (12 months) membership fee payment as shown below.  Membership is renewed every 12 months from the date of application acceptance. Membership rights and privileges will commence in accordance with the MAAWG Bylaws.

Why are you joining MAAWG?

MAAWG would like to gather information about your interest in participating in MAAWG member committees. Please select which committee(s) your Company representatives would be interested in joining if accepted as a Member. Please note that your responses will be used by MAAWG for informational purposes only and that Member committee participation is subject to criteria set forth in the MAAWG Bylaws. Accordingly, your responses do not require or entitle you to participate in such member committees.
Please read the MAAWG Bylaws and check the box below reflecting that you agree to abide by these bylaws if accepted as a member.
By submitting this application you are confirming that you have read and agree to the Membership Agreement, that the information provided in this online membership application is true and correct, and that your company would like to be considered for membership in MAAWG.

Class        Annual Membership Fee

Sponsor  - $ 25,000.00
This level includes a seat on the MAAWG Board of Directors. At this time, all Board positions are filled except for openings for operators headquartered outside of North America.  		 
Full Member  - $ 12,500.00
Includes all of the benefits of Supporter with the addition of voting rights. Also, Full Members may run for election to the Board of Directors. Two Full Members are elected to serve on the Board every 12 months.  		 
Supporter  - $ 4,000.00
Allows participation in working committees, attendance by multiple employees of the member company at meetings and access to the documents and resources on the members-only section of our Web site. However, there are no voting rights at this level.
